How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com or 07 848 0291 to request a Returns Form. The Returns Form will be sent to you via email. You will need to attach the completed Returns Form to the outside of the packaged item/s being returned. Depending on the nature of the return you may be sent a courier ticket to place on the outside of the box.
If you cannot print the Returns Form, please attach a note to the outside of the item, including details of the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and order number (if known).
Send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns Form. Please ensure you keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit or exchange.
All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You have up to 12 months from date of order to return the goods subject to the terms & conditions below.
How long do I have to return a product?
For damaged goods or incorrectly order goods Equipsafety must be advised that you wish to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods and all returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of your order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my products?
If the product is unused and in its original packaging, and the item is being exchanged then there may be a freight cost, if the item is being returned as it is no longer required then the freight and a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
If the item(s) returned is not in its original packaging and if we decide to accept the return, we may deduct $10 from the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange.
When will I receive my credit/refund/exchange?
We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.
Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund excluding any freight charges or to exchange it for another product. The following conditions apply to returns:
1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
2. You are responsible for arranging the Courier pick up
3. The only products that cannot be returned are clearance items and any customised items i.e. Branding
PLEASE NOTE: Equipsafety reserves the right to reject items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
