How does your Delivery service work?
We offer a free delivery service for all orders of $100 or over to anywhere in New Zealand*. For orders of less than $100, a $7 delivery charge applies.
Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched for next day delivery. Orders placed after the 2pm will be despatched the following working day for next day delivery.
Orders will not be despatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. All orders will be fulfilled by Courier Post and we will only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.
*We will not deliver to PO Box addresses and next day delivery will not apply for Rural Delivery or orders delivered to the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.
Orders that are too large for couriers will be despatched via freight companies. This may extend delivery times.
How late in the day can I place my order?
Orders received before the order cut-off time of 2pm will be despatched for next day delivery. Orders received after the cut-off will be despatched the following working day for next day delivery.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Your order will be sent to you using a trackable service so you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply use the tracking number on the Courier Post website to track the delivery status of your order.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
We're sorry we will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes. When you reach our checkout page you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address to the billing address.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to International locations. As we grow, we will look to add this option.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
You’ll be able to follow your order with our trackable service. You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply use the tracking number on the Courier Post website to track the delivery status of your order.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you’re unavailable to sign for an item when the courier calls, or if the item does not require a signature and a safe place could not be found to leave it, then Courier post will leave a ‘Card to Call’ at the delivery address. This will allow you to arrange a re-delivery or the option to collect from a convenient location e.g. an NZ Post branch.
