Do I have to create an Equipsafety account to shop with you?
You can shop with us without creating an account. We have a guest checkout option to make it quick and easy for you to place an order. However the benefits of creating an account will allow you to view previous orders online and update your personal details, billing addresses, password and email address.
You can create your account by clicking on Register on the top right hand side of the page.
How can I update my account details?
You can change your details at any time by signing into your account area. Click on Sign In which is in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you’ve signed in you can change the following details:
- Personal details
- Email Address
- Newsletter subscription settings
- Delivery Address
Once you’ve updated them, remember to click Save.
Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed. It's worth checking your account before you place an order to make sure we have the right details for you.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgot password?' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
If after this you still can’t sign in, call us on 07 848 0291 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving our Customer Care team as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
How can I sign up to receive your Equipsafety.co.nz newsletter?
If you’ve already got an account with us you can make sure you receive our newsletters and latest offers by signing into your account by clicking on Sign In
In the Customer Details section and you can use the tick box to select you want to receive our newsletters.
If you don’t have an account, then the easiest way to get our newsletter is to set one up, that way you’ll have a head start when you decide you want to start shopping.
You can also sign up for our newsletter in the footer. Just scroll to the bottom, enter your email address and click the Sign Up button.
How do I set an account up?
To set up an account you will need to register. Follow the instructions below and click here to view the registration page.
- In Your Personal Details area, enter your details in the relevant fields.
- In the Company Details area, enter the name of your company in the Company Name field (optional).
- In the Options area, check the Newsletter checkbox, to receive the newsletters by email.
- In Your Password area, define a password and confirm it.
- Click Register.
